ENGROSSMENT Newsletter: The Fall/2009 edition of LIS’ ENGROSSMENT newsletter is ready to read at: http://www.legintent.com/engrossment/fall2009.pdf. The Governor’s deadline to sign or veto bills from this past session is October 11th, but we discuss in this ENGROSSMENT some of the bills that Governor Schwarzenegger signed over the summer months. We also briefly describe early legislative history in the 1850’s that migrated out of New York and into the frontier and gold country of California. Finally, you’ll see a short summary of the water bills that may be introduced next year in 2010.

If you are ever interested in learning where and how federal tax monies are being spent, you could review a table of bills under consideration and/or signed by the President for each session’s fiscal year.
