The Governor’s deadline to sign or veto bills from this past session is October 11th, but we discuss in this ENGROSSMENT some of the bills that Governor Schwarzenegger signed over the summer months. Finally, you’ll see a short summary of the water bills that may be introduced next year in 2010.
