AB 342, c. 12:  Pupil health; individuals with exceptional needs.  Reinstates public health nurses to the list of qualified persons allowed to assist individuals, with exceptional needs, with specialized physical health care services during the regular school day, and allowed to supervise other qualified designated school personnel trained in the administration of specialized physical health care services.
