House Bill 411 of the 142nd General Assembly became Delaware Chapter 275.  (See Exhibits #3, page 2; and #8)  Representative Nancy Wagner introduced this measure on May 6, 2004.  (See Exhibit #3)  House Bill 411 was considered by the House Judiciary Committee on May 12, 2004, and was amended on June 1st.  (See Exhibit #3)  The bill received unanimous votes in the House.  (See Exhibits #3 through #5)  The Senate Committee on Judiciary heard House Bill 411 on June 9, 2004.  (See Exhibit #6)  On June 16th, this Committee unanimously passed the measure.  (See Exhibit #7)  Governor Ruth Ann Minner approved House Bill 411 on June 24, 2004.  (See Exhibit #3) 

House Bill 411 was denominated “An Act to Amend Chapter 18, Title 6 of the Delaware Code Relating to the Creation, Regulation, Operation and Dissolution of Domestic Limited Liability Companies and the Registration and Regulation of Foreign Limited Liability Companies.”  (See Exhibit #1)
