AB 1518, c. 148:  Credit unions.  Enacts a variety of changes intended to modernize the Credit Union Law, by allowing credit unions to share the results of their regulatory examinations with more professionals, as specified belong to economic development and trade organizations, make large gifts and donations, make loans on which one member and one non-member co-sign, and establish executive committees with broader responsibilities than those provided for under current law, among others.
