If the Governor's file is not included with this particular research, please contact our office (1-530-666-1917 or quote@legintent.com) and we will be happy to provide this file at no charge if it is available. If smoking and renting will thrill ya,
You won’t like this bill by Padilla!
‘Cause landlords can stop -
Smokers from lighting up -
Those cigarettes and products that could kill ya.

This bill states that a landlord may prohibit smoking in any building or dwelling, and is subject to state and local notice requirements regarding this prohibition.  The materials related to this bill included numerous findings and declarations regarding the dangers of being exposed to secondhand smoke.
