AB 69, c. 277: Mortgage lending; reporting. Authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Corporations (DOC), as he/she deems necessary, to require finance lender and residential mortgage lender licensees to provide specified information regarding their residential mortgage loan servicing activities, and directs the Commissioner to post aggregated survey results on DOC's web site, as specified.
