AB 1548, c. 574: College Textbook Transparency Act.  Establishes the College Textbook Transparency Act requiring publishers and bookstores offering textbooks for sale to public colleges and universities to disclose specified information and requiring faculty and other employees of public higher education to follow specified practices in the adoption and purchase of textbooks.
