CALIFORNIA’S NOVEMBER - 2010 PROPOSITIONS . . . THERE ARE 10 OF THEM!  There is no better way for a citizen to follow our country’s 4th of July celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence than to become informed about the state ballot coming up later this year. Ten propositions in California met the June deadline to qualify for the state’s November ballot. You will find them interesting because they address a wide range of subjects, from the state budget, to marijuana, water, local funds, vehicle licenses fees, redistricting, and suspending AB 32.
