END-OF-YEAR FEDERAL BILLS SIGNED

December 29, 2010

Some bill research does not include the Governor's file because at the time we researched the bill, the sitting Governor had not released his chaptered bill file. If the Governor's file is not included with this particular research, please contact our office (1-530-666-1917 or quote@legintent.com) and we will be happy to provide this file at no charge if it is available. Please Note: Governor files did not exist prior to 1943.

FEDERAL BILLS SIGNED IN DECEMBER:  Happy New Year!  The 112th Congress begins January 3, 2011 and will end in two years.  While it is likely that you are aware of the most controversial bills signed by President Obama in the 111th Congress’ lame duck session just before the Holidays, such as the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Repeal Act of 2010” and “Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010,” there were other bills that he signed that did not make it to our national attention.  We are adding to our blog six of these December bills. They are:  S. 2847, S. 3789, H.R. 6184, S. 30, H.R. 6473, and H.R. 4337.
