SB 1029, c. 725:  Drinking water standards. Establishes timeframes by which regulations relating to maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for primary and secondary drinking water standards proposed by the Department of Public Health (DPH) must be reviewed as part of the regulatory adoption process. For regulations pertaining to issues other than MCLs for primary or secondary drinking water standards, authorizes DPH to adopt specified federal rules and regulations in accordance with specified procedures.
