For hardcopy orders within California and Nevada, Legislative Intent Service employs California Overnight to ship packages for all time frames. However, some clients find it easier to specify their own FedEx accounts.

The following flat rates apply to clients who wish to obtain their legislative materials in CD or Net Posting formats. For clients ordering both hardcopy and CD materials: the shipping cost of the hardcopy materials negates the 10 dollar charge for CD delivery. However, there is a flat 50 dollar set-up fee to create the CD or net posted materials.
